Locate in Kent is seeking to appoint suitably qualified organisation(s)/person(s) (the representative) to represent its interests in the target markets of North America and northern Europe, focussing on France and Germany. The aim is to attract inward investment to Kent from these countries.
The Agreement will be divided in to 3 distinct LOTS:
- LOT 1: North American market. (The maximum annual value of this lot is GBP 80 000 which will include all taxes and expenses)
- LOT 2: France. (The maximum annual value of this lot is GBP 25 000 which will include all taxes and expenses)
- LOT 3: Germany. (The maximum annual value of this lot is GBP 30 000 which will include all taxes and expenses)
Tenderers are invited to submit a proposal for one or more Lots. Tenderers may submit a combined LOT proposal that will be scored on, e.g. combining Lots 2 and 3. Combined submissions will be evaluated on their ability to meet the need in full and will attract a score equal to sum of the individual Lots. E.g. if submitting a combined solution for Lots 2 and 3 the total available score will be 2000.

Locate in Kent (LiK) was established in 1996 and is the main point of contact in Kent and Medway for companies considering moving to the County. Its main aim is to attract new investment which in turn creates new jobs across the whole of the County. Since it was formed it has helped more than 800 companies invest in Kent.
LiK is a not for profit, company limited by guarantee. Its services to investors are free.

This opportunity will be completed electronically via ProContract, a site run by Due North. Tenderers should also note that final submissions must be made via ProContract, no other submission route is permitted. Failure to follow this path will result in the tender submission being disregarded.
