Hanover is seeking suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the supply and installation of alarm call, door entry and associated peripheral equipment for planned replacements and on new build developments where required. The term agreement will be for 4 years with the option to extend for a further 4 years, and an additional 2 years, based on price and performance, i.e. a maximum of 10 years with 2 break clauses.

Section III: Legal, economic, financial and technical information
Description of particular conditions: Under this contract the service provider and its supply chain will be required to actively participate in the achievement of social and/or environmental policy objectives relating to recruitment and training and supply chain initiatives. Accordingly contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental consideration.
Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required: Minimum levels of standards required by Hanover for technical capacity will be set out in the tender questionnaire.
In accordance with Articles 45 to 50 of Directive 2004/18/EC and Regulations 23 to 26 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 as set out in the tender questionnaire available from the website set out at section VI.3 and must be returned in accordance with the instructions on that website by the date in section IV.3.4.

3. Responding to the tender:
- click 'My Response' under 'PQQ/ITT Details', you can choose to 'Create Response' or to 'Decline to Respond' (please give a reason if declining),
- you can now use the ‘Messages' function to communicate with the buyer and seek any clarification,
- note the deadline for completion, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the PQQ/ITT,
- there may be a mixture of online & offline actions for you to perform (there is detailed online help available).
