Surrey Heath Borough Council is planning to replace its pay on foot equipment at two multi storey car parks in Camberley Town Centre and formulate an equipment strategy for future parking facilities.
The Council wishes to consult with interested suppliers to investigate replacement pay on foot solutions:
- enable Surrey Heath to gather information from suppliers regarding potential options to package a contract or contracts,
- enable Surrey Heath to gather information from suppliers regarding potential improvements for multi storey car park customers/ users to include gathering information regarding cashless payment arrangements , improving management information.
- The project will also include, but not limited to replacing the entry barriers, exit barriers, intercom connections, and networked equipment.
- The equipment will need to comply with the Council's ICT requirements, financial requirements, audit requirements and operational processes.
- The Council is interested in the whole life costs of the equipment; a minimum of 10 years.
