The scope of this project for Hanover Housing Association includes the design and construction of 26 No. one, two and three bedroom dwellings with communal facilities and 1 No. guest accommodation with associated undercroft car parking, demolition, site clearance and external works.
Dwelling layouts have been designed to comply with Lifetime Homes standards and the project specification will be tailored to the needs of the over 55's group. A high level of construction quality and finish will be required.
The site in Barnet is owned by Hanover Housing Association and has been acquired with the intention of providing over 55's retirement housing for Older Women's Co-Housing (OWCH) Barnet. The Planning Application has been lodged and detailed consent is anticipated during May 2013.
