Catering services. Catering services for other enterprises or other institutions. Cafeteria services. Restaurant and food-serving services. We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest for a multi-purpose public catering facility that will be capable of offering a variety of catering offers throughout the day / evening. It is expected that the facility will offer a breakfast, lunch and ‘bistro' type evening service in an informal and comfortable surrounding. Whilst trading times, will to a certain extent, depend on the opening hours of the Art Gallery & Museum - the new ground floor area has been specifically designed to enable the catering facility to open independently, and therefore has the opportunity to offer an evening service if the Art Gallery & Museum is closed.
The total ground floor space available is 106 m² and this has been divided into the following proposed areas:
Cafe = 63 m²
Servery = 12 m²
Kitchen = 31 m²
The plans also include integral customer toilets and a staff changing area / toilet - which are in addition to the floor space measurements above.
