Description of particular conditions: Under this framework the successful organisations and potentially their supply chains will be required to actively participate in the achievement of social, economic and environmental regeneration of the locality of and surrounding the places of delivery of the awarded call-off contracts. If an appeal regarding the award of the agreement has not been successfully resolved the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (SI 2006 No5) provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in The High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland). Any such action must be brought promptly (generally within 3 months). Where an agreement has not been entered into the court may order setting aside of the award decision or order the authority to amend any document and may award damages.
