Construction related professional services: The Council retains a strong in-house property department that manages a full range of construction-related projects and work programmes. This comprises of specialist officers dealing with all aspects of property and building such as; project management, cost planning, architectural and engineering design and buildings maintenance. The Council therefore has internal capacity to provide some professional services to resource its construction-related work, but this has always been supplemented by the use of external providers. A wide variety of factors will determine the actual extent to which external providers will be required. The London Borough of Enfield, through EXOR (Services) Ltd, intends to issue tenders for the provision of construction related professional services, that fall below the EU threshold, which include: Project Management, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Building Services, Engineering, Structural Engineering, CDM Co-ordination, Clerk of Works. Companies must be an approved supplier with EXOR (Services) Ltd for the London Borough of Enfield to have the opportunity to be considered for inclusion on the selection list as produced and managed by EXOR (Services) Ltd. Please refer to EXOR (Services) Ltd for further details on their process. Those companies already an approved supplier with the option of supplying London Borough of Enfield are given the opportunity of being considered for selection via the selection list process and need not re-apply. Please note for all current and potential suppliers that the London Borough of Enfield does not guarantee any commissions or volume of commissions or implies that suppliers will automatically receive a tender, or implies that the London Borough of Enfield will include (or guarantees) any company to be on the selection list when tendering services.
