This PIN covers BAA Limited and its wholly owned subsidiaries. BAA may choose to jointly issue tenders with other companies; in this case suppliers may therefore be chosen in accordance with the local qualification practices of the leading entity. In the case of BAA tendering directly for categories, Contract Notices stating the details of each upcoming tender will be placed on the website www.tendersmart.com and in the 'Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union' from time-to-time during 2012/13. Whether these contracts will be public contracts or frameworks will be specified in the individual Contract Notices at the time of issue.
