The contracting authority is a community benefit society and wishes to procure a new fully integrated Finance and Housing management solution, Customer Relationship Management solution and associated services that enable the delivery of excellent services right first time including: CRM, Finance, Housing Management, Repairs Management, Mobile Working, Digital services for customers.
The preferred bidder is expected to be a prime contractor that can supply a solution that is customer-centric with sophisticated customer relationship management (CRM) capabilities across a diverse customer base, and allow colleagues to work when mobile (off-line as well as online) from any location. It will have a customer, finance, tenancy and property database and offer valuable self-service capabilities for residents and stakeholders/partners.
