Green Square Group intends to establish the members along with themselves of a Dynamic Purchasing Agreement.
- Through the initial process all members have to agree to the standard criteria for Procurement, Call off Ordering, Delivery, Invoicing and SLA Reporting specified in the Requirements section 3.
- Routinely at GSG’s discretion a Trade Lot will be created for a period of time and publicised to the DPS members.
- DPS members will respond with their best price for the lot.
- GSG will award the lot based on lowest price and any other additional criteria specific to the lot.
- Through the initial process all members have to agree to the standard criteria for Procurement, Call off Ordering, Delivery, Invoicing and SLA Reporting specified in the Requirements section 3.
