This framework contract is for the provision of estates cleaning services to Yorkshire Housing properties. In order to achieve better value, enhanced service delivery and more efficient management, Yorkshire Housing have prepared a standard specification covering all service requirements that are to be delivered in a consistent manner to all Yorkshire Housing schemes included within this framework. The framework will comprise of 2 regional lots and Yorkshire Housing are looking to appoint 3 suppliers to each lot.

The individual lots will be awarded in full to the top ranked suppliers with the remaining 2 suppliers on each lot operating in a backup capacity should Yorkshire Housing wish to employ their services during the lifetime of the framework. Call-off details are outlined in the tender documents.
