This OJEU Notice was originally submitted for publication on the 2.2.2016 as document number 2016-000026 and Submission ID GB007YPO001-2016202-0131 but due to error, was not advertised on TED or within the OJEU. This form has therefore been re-submitted in order to ensure full compliance with the EU Procurement Directives and Public Contract Regulations.
As this award relates to a Framework opportunity, YPO is unable to provide an indicative value for each of the Lots awarded, but is able to indicate that the value to be spent under the terms of this Framework will not exceed 4 000 000 GBP in accordance with the original OJEU notice 2015/S 238-432605.

VI.3.2)Lodging of appealsPrecise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: YPO has incorporated a standstill period following the notification of award of the contract which has been provided to all bidders. The standstill period was for a minimum of 10 calendar days, and provided time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into. The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).
