The West Sussex contract is for the provision of an Occupational Health Service to the Council and its potential partners of the contract. The Council requires a nurse led Occupational Health service to be provided and must make available a help desk telephone service 52 weeks a year, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00 to advise managers of making a referral.
 The Service Provider will supply and host an end to end confidential and secure case management system and will be providing support to the referring manager detailing the outcome of the referral and any recommendations.
