Duration in years: 5
Justification for a framework agreement, the duration of which exceeds four years: Agreement is divided into 17 Lots to enable SME's to submit bids and the length of a 5 year framework will allow investment in waste vehicles and waste containers distributed over more than 300 sites to be recovered over an optimum period and foster the reduction in collection costs to schools and corporate buildings as costs are spread over a longer term.
