II.1.5)Short description of the contract or purchase(s)
CPC intend to put a framework agreement in place with suitable manufactures and resellers which will offer additional benefits through collaborative and innovative partnerships with our members. The framework agreement is to cover a range of cabling services including the supply, installation, faults, rectification and testing of various network cabling and communication cabinets as well as providing a range of associated equipment and services. This is not limited to the above; maintenance, training and support may also be required.
The purpose of this framework agreement is to give full EU cover and allow CPC members to purchase as a substantial and demonstrable discount relative to the market place throughout the terms of the framework agreement. The framework discounts should apply to all equipment and services.
Members have the right to utilise e-auctions during the further competition stage of the supplier selection.
