Gatwick Airport Limited is seeking to identify and select a strategic partner able to work alongside Gatwick to build an integrated relationship to look at the airport labour services as a whole and consider, develop and execute labour services. This partner will be sufficiently experienced in both labour services and airport operations to provide insight and innovations to help build theirs and Gatwick's services. This partner must be aligned to Gatwick culture and values to ensure it is delivering a superior service efficiently through understanding the campus and expanding it's portfolio over time. The partner should be able to provide airport related labour services across many disciplines, including but not limited to PRM, way-finding, portering, concierge, and cleaning.
In order to be considered for tender, companies must meet a number of minimum and mandatory criteria, including but not limited to a minimum of 10 years UK aviation experience and a minimum of 50 000 000 GBP turnover specifically in UK aviation, both to be within the service area or similar described herein.
