The University of Cambridge would like to invite tenderers for the provision of a fulfilment and mailing services framework.
The Framework Agreement will commence as soon as possible after the contract is awarded for an initial 1 year period. This is to bring the Framework Agreement in line with the Print Framework which is due to expire on the 25.6.2017 with the option to extended for a further 2 periods up to June 2019. 1 Framework will be tendered from 2019 including Print and Fulfilment and Mailing Services.
The principle behind framework arrangements is that they shall not in themselves constitute as contracts, but will establish a structure by which orders may be placed by the Development Office, each forming a separate contract under the terms and conditions set out in the framework.
We seek to appoint 3 service providers on a framework basis to meet the criteria outlined above.
