ABP wish to redevelop and enhance the existing cool stores located at Berths 103 and 104. The project includes the following elements of works:
- Removal of the existing redundant refrigeration and other infrastructure.
- Design, supply and installation of a new air cooled ammonia based centralised refrigeration plant, glycol coolant system and floor mounted air conditioning units.
- Design, supply and installation of insulated partitions, internal barriers, pallet racking, rapid door systems and security roller shutters.
- Design and construction of an extension to the warehouse building including welfare facilities, drainage and services provisions.
- Design, supply and installation of new lighting.
- Supply and installation of electrical services, fire alarms, security and data systems.
- Design and construction of fencing, gates, automatic traffic barrier barriers, minor roadworks, line painting, signage and lighting.

No deposit is required with requests to participate. Details of Guarantees required under the contract will be advised in the tender documents following pre-qualification. A 10 % performance guarantee bond and parent company guarantee will be required from the successful tenderer immediately following award of contract.
