Swansea University wish to appoint a consultancy provision over a 3 year period based on 50 consultancy days per year (with the option to extend for a further 12 months). The supplier will support future implementations, system upgrades and bespoke developments for the benefit of the EU-funded projects and Professional Services departments. This provision will be awarded as a Framework Agreement due to the inability to forecast demand by such projects, which are governed by their grant application success.
