Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council are looking to procure a provider for their Supported Accommodation services within Children's and Young Peoples Services.
Supported Accommodation is a form of temporary supported accommodation for vulnerable young people and Care Leavers who are not ready to live independently for a variety of reasons.
The responsibilities of any future Contractor shall include:
- recruiting, assessing and quality assuring suitable hosts,
- supporting, training and developing authorised hosts,
- ensuring hosts support young people to deliver outcomes identified in Pathway Plans,
- increasing current levels of provision and diversifying the types of provision available,
- arranging placements, appropriately matching young people with hosts,
- effectively manage both planned and 24 hour emergency placements.
