II.2.1)Total quantity or scope
The Agreement will be initially for 36 months with an option to extend for a further 12 months on the basis of on-going price competitivness and quality of products and service provided. The amount shown is representative of 17 of the 20 member of the WFEPC. All of whom have the ability to particiapate in the framework. We believe that there is a possibility of futher growth in the Agreement provided that a proactive approach to marketing the business is adopted by the suppliers.The framework will be broken down in to the following Lots:
- Paints,
- Canvas/Sketch Pads/Paper,
- Brushes/Pencils/Oil Pastels,
- Others.
We envisaged the framework to commence from 1.12.2011.
