The Killin and Ardeonaig Community Development Trust (KAT) invite tender submissions to select a development team led by a conservation architect for the development of the Old Mill, Main Street, Killin. The Old Mill is situated adjacent to the Falls of Dochart, Killin within the county of Stirling and the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park grid ref. NN571325.
We have been successful in being invited to submit a Stage 2 funding application to the Big Lottery Fund ‘Growing Community Assets’ and in addition have been invited to submit a Development Application to support the works and services necessary to deliver a robust Stage 2 application. In terms of the capital aspects of the Stage 2 application, the Development Funding Grant will support appointment of the Design Team funding up to RIBA stage D/3 to secure planning permission and make a BIG Lottery Fund stage 2 submission which if successful would allow you to complete the project.
