City Building (Glasgow) LLP has concluded that for the lots within this framework, it is not possible to establish meaningful commercial criteria which would be capable of evaluation at any stage prior to mini-competition. Therefore City Building (Glasgow) LLP will be not seeking cost information at ITT stage for the lots, but will select economic operators to be appointed to the framework on the basis on non-economic criteria and thereafter MEAT evaluation criteria will be applied at the point of each mini competition to be held prior to the award of any specific contract under the framework ensuring value for money is delivered against each project.
