South Ayrshire Council is considering how it may approach the future management and provision of its public convenience facilities and is seeking information through issue of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) as a market testing exercise.
The Council is looking to engage the market in order to better understand the options available, to establish the likely level of interest and to identify innovative opportunities in providing this service. The Council would welcome the opportunity to discuss this service with providers and potential contractors. All interested parties are invited to register their interest in this notice by Friday 28.2.2014 with a view to potential supplier engagement early March 2014.
Any information provided will be used to help inform the Councils approach to any future procurement process. Please note that no timescales have yet been established for any procurement, nor has it been determined that a procurement will result from this research and engagement phase.
