The Authority is entitled at its sole discretion to extend the fourteen(14) month duration of the Framework Agreement for a further two (2) periods of twelve (12) months each by giving a minimum of three (3) months written notice of such extensions.
The estimated value range referred to in section II.2.1 covers the fourteen (14) months initial duration and the full twenty four (24) month extension option.

Otherwise the remedies that may be awarded by the courts where the framework agreement has been entered into are limited to the award of damages.
