The Council, having completed an EU-compliant procurement process on behalf of and approved by Forth Valley Health Board, have entered into this extention to the Contract with the bus operator chosen after completion of the procurement process to provide bus services linking communities in Clackmannanshire with Forth Valley Royal Hospital, Larbert.
This extension is to allow for a period of time for relevant work to be carried out on the service requirements.
Forth Valley Health Board will, at its sole expense, meet the whole cost of providing this Service.
