The purpose of this Framework Agreement is to meet all requirements in the supply of horticultural, cemetery and forestry equipment for Fife Council, ensuring best value is achieved in satisfying the requirements of the Parks and Countryside Section of Community Services, irrespective of size of the establishment, location or individual order requirements.
All related equipment from small handheld equipment to Compact / Two Wheeled Tractors will be included in this Framework Agreement.

Failure to provide such a declaration will result in the candidate being declared ineligible and they will not be selected to participate in this procurement process;
