Clackmannanshire Council is tendering for the provision of training and learning for Employability Clients.
A broad range of training and learning is required by clients. In line with our services this needs to be very responsive to individual need. Staff need the flexibility to be able to access, sometimes at short notice, appropriate training to meet identified needs.
This Framework Agreement is intended to create a pool of pre-approved suppliers with agreed prices for staff to access for the benefit of their clients.
