Phase 2 of the programme aims to enhance the software available to the A&E; ambulance clinician. Part of this phase involves replacing the current ePRF software. This procurement process is focussed on this replacement and this document outlines the high level requirements for the new software, to be known as the Electronic Patient Record (ePR).
