Contractor (s) shall provide the following services:
- Focused market research;
- Market screening;
- Assessing market readiness;
- Market entry strategies;
- Identification of partners, i.e. agent/distributor agreements, licensing, value added resellers, technology transfer and joint ventures;
- Lead generation 1-to-1 clinics providing market advice and guidance;
- Support for high-quality visit programmes for companies and ministers either individually or as part of a group;
- Managing networking events;
- Market and sector briefings/webinars;
- Both 1-to-1 and to groups;
- Organising Trade visits into the geographical region;
- Organising meet the Buyer events in the geographical region;
- Visits organising agents/distributors/buyers/customers visits from the lot (s) being tendered for to the clients country of origin, where it is outside the countries in the lot (s) tendered for;
- To Northern Ireland;
- Assistance with exhibitions;
- Networking event organizing;
- Promotional assistance;
- Setting up sales offices/trading entities as a service to companies from outside the lot (s) tendered into the respective geographical lot (s) applied for.
The Contractor (s) will assist Invest NI with the delivery of trade services to NI companies wishing to develop business in the respective geographical regions and will have a proven track record in delivering measurable sales results, detailed market intelligence reports, market entry strategies and structured market events (including Trade Missions, Meet the Buyer Events and exhibition ‘Stand-Manning’ support).
