All lots (comprising tractors or materials handlers) will be leased on a yearly basis for 3 years (continuous).
Tenderers must provide a tendered lease price for each lot they tender for. Tenderers must also provide an end-of contract purchase price for each lot they tender for. At the end of each contract, CAFRE will reserve the right to purchase or not purchase each or any of the lots.
