Tenderers will be required to be regulated by the appropriate national regulatory body such as the Financial Conduct Authority / Prudential Regulation Authority. Valid Financial Services Register firm reference number to be provided.
2. Tenderers must confirm if their company or any of their company's directors / partners / managers have any convictions relating to any of the offences listed under Regullation 23(1) of the Public Contracts Regulations.
