This tender exercise was managed by Southern Regional College on behalf of the Participants who are the six Northern Ireland Further and Higher Education Colleges.The role of the Southern Regional College was to facilitate the collaborative procurement.The day-to-day working relationships shall be between the appointed print supplier and the individual Participants.

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: The Contracting Authority incorporated a standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract was communicated to tenderers. That notification provided full information on the award decision.
