Currently there is a requirement, from DCAL, for a Replacement Patrol Boat for Lough Neagh. The vessel will be used for a variety of purposes which will include patrolling Lough Neagh in Northern Ireland to conduct inspections of fishing vessels and static fishing gear. The Authority anticipates that the contract will be awarded in mid December 2013 and the patrol boat shall be delivered prior to 26.3.2014. Acceptance of the vessel will be on successful completion of sea trials.
