Justification for the choice of the negotiated procedure without prior publication of a contract notice in the OJEU in accordance with Directive 2004/18/EC
The works/goods/services can be provided only by a particular tenderer for reasons that are: technical
Central Procurement Directorate published a tender via open competition on behalf of its client the Police Service of Northern Ireland on 15th March 2012, with a submission deadline of 8th May 2012, extended until 12th June 2012.
As there were no submissions received by that date the tender had to be abandoned.
On 6th November 2013 Business Case approval was received to award this contract via the DAC procedure.
CPD are therefore awarding this contract via DAC to cover a three year period.
