II.1.5)Short description of the contract or purchase(s)The Project is for the provision of the delivery between 30 to 50 social housing units in East Belfast by means of design and build, where the participant provides the land, designs, constructs and completes the scheme for FOLD in accordance with the DSD Housing Association Guide; Clients Requirements and statutory body requirements.
To commence the construction of the units no later than March 2015 with an envisaged construction period of no more than 24 months.
The units can be delivered over a number of sites or on one site. In the interests of providing an efficient housing management service, any one site must not provide less than 17 units.
