PRRT supports retired and retiring police officers to create the future they want after policing. It makes a difference to people's lives by helping them to feel as mentally and physically well as possible. Together, it works in partnership with clients to help them see how valuable their skills are to others, and how, with its training support, they can achieve their personal and professional potential. PRRT offers specialist support in Personal and Professional Development Our Careers Coaches help clients to identify the most suitable employment, or active retirement goal for them. They work alongside clients to help them come to an informed decision about the right choice for them. Once they have identified their goal, clients are offered a range of targeted training support to help them achieve the lifestyle they aspire to. PRRT provides access to over 20 subsidised in-house accredited and bespoke training and education courses. These are provided in the following portfolios: 1. Academic; 2. Requirement for a Course Director; 3. Security/Safety. PRRT now wish to establish a call-off contract with suitably experienced service provider(s) who will be responsible for delivering, and where applicable, developing, a number of training courses under the categories listed above.
