Main site or location of works, place of delivery or of performance: Patrol Boat will be based mainly on Lough Neagh, N. Ireland.

The vessel will be used for a variety of purposes which will include patrolling Lough Neagh in Northern Ireland to conduct inspections of fishing vessels and static fishing gear.
The Authority anticipates that the contract will be awarded in mid December 2013 and the patrol boat shall be delivered prior to 26.3.2014. Acceptance of the vessel will be on successful completion of sea trials.

Experience:
Tenderers must provide details of a relevant project within the last 3 years which demonstrates their ability to successfully supply and deliver a Rigid Inflatable Boat or a High Speed Patrol Vessel and should describe:
a) the customer organisation;
b) contract value;
c) information confirming delivery of equipment on time and to budget.
Demonstrated experience can be in the public or private sectors.
Technical Ability
- Tenderers must provide certification that the boat builders have the ability to build to at least the MCA (Maritime Coast Guard Agency) Coded and SVC (Small Commercial Vessel) standards or equivalent.
- Tenderers must provide certification that the boat builders operate to an approved quality management system.
