This is a call-off framework for the supply and delivery of vehicle parts for an existing fleet of vehicles to three of the five Northern Ireland Education and Library Boards (North Eastern, Western and Southern Boards) as and when required during the period of the framework. The average annual spend, based on the last three year period, is GBP 490,000. However, the Board cannot give guarantees regarding the value of business or number of orders placed during the period of this forthcoming framework.

Description of these options: Framework period: the initial framework is period ending 31.12.2014 with options to extend for 2 further periods of 12 months each. Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: The Southern Education and Library Board will incorporate a standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. That notification will provide full information on the award decision. The standstill period, which will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days, provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into.
The Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (SI 2006 No 5) provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).
