Maintenance and Repairs of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Plant on all the University of Ulster Campuses, these being Jordanstown, Belfast, Coleraine and Magee.
The contract will cover a variety of plant sizes, ranging from 3kW cooling up to approximately 200kW cooling and will include gas fired units. The cooling plant is used in areas such as kitchen cold rooms, computer teaching labs, server rooms etc.
The contract will cover 2 major visits per year for maintenance of all plant, with an additional 2 visits per year for plant regarded as covering critical or high use areas. Fast response emergency breakdown cover is of the essence.

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: The University has observed a standstill period at the point information of the award of the contract was communicated to tenderers. That notification provided full information on the award decision. The standstill period, which was for a minimum of 10 calender days, provided time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into.
