The Gobbins Visitor Centre - Larne Borough Council intends to procure contractors with integrated supply chains for the design and construction of the Gobbins coastal path visitor / community centre. The Contract is located on the site of an existing community centre in Ballystrudder which lies in the southern reaches of Islandmagee, Northern Ireland. This Contract estimated at £1 650 000 to £2 100 000 will form one part of the overall project, which will include the reconstruction and restoration of the coastal path that will be procured separately. The proposed visitor and community centre will be located on a 1,01 ha site and have circa 1 140 m² GFA over two storeys.
