Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: RMG acting on its own right and on behalf of its subsidiaries and affiliates abides by the requirements of Regulation 33 of the UCR. RMG is also committed to provide unsuccessful bidders relevant debriefings on their performance and the evaluation procedure, acting in accordance with Regulations 33 (3), (4) and (9), of the UCR and will use best endeavours to satisfy any aggrieved party’s complaints and requests in a constructive and engaged manner in the course of its internal review procedure.
