To provide the London Boroughs of Enfield and Redbridge with a parking pay by phone facility initially for off street parking but will include on-street parking at some point during the period of the contract. Each borough will have its own contract which will be independent of the other Borough and the successful contractor will be required to enter into seperate contracts with each Borough. The successful contractor needs to have a solution to integrate with each boroughs existing IT infrastructure.
