NPT Homes is a Registered Social Landlord with charitable status. We are responsible for managing and maintaining 9 000 plus properties in the Neath Port Talbot area. It is anticipated that NPT Homes will spend approximately 6 000 000 GBP over a 4 year period carrying out Void Repairs (small works up to 15 000 GBP). The contract will be issued under a framework agreement, to a maximum of 5 contractors, over a 4 year period. It is anticipated that work will be allocated to contractors through ‘Call-off Contracts’ and the work content will be awarded on individual void properties, with a maximum of 10 voids allocated to any 1 contractor at any time. ‘Call-offs’ will be issued on the basis of the most competitive rate per property taken from the schedule of rates. Individual ‘call-off’ contracts raised under the Framework Agreement can commence at any time after the commencement date of the Framework Agreement.
