The framework agreement is divided into eleven lots.
Lot 1 General Building works: The domestic general building lot will include, but not be limited to the following: - plastering, concreting, brick and block work, roofing, rendering, carpentry, wall tiling, general repairs, works of adaptations etc.
Lot 2 Mechanical works: The domestic mechanical works lot will include, but not be limited to the following: - heating replacement, general plumbing work.
Lot 3 Electrical works: the domestic electrical works lot will include, but not be limited to the following: - full rewire, partial rewire.
