Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council (the "Council") has conducted a competitive dialogue process to select an appropriately qualified and experienced developer to become its developer partner in a development opportunity at Aberavon Beachfront in the County Borough of Neath Port Talbot to provide an integrated leisure-led regeneration scheme which will encompass sport, leisure, recreational, retail and community facilities (the "Development"). The Development will address the issue of some or all of the disused unoccupied buildings with the area identified for the Development, whether by their utilisation or redevelopment or demolition.
Evaluation was carried out on the basis of Most Economically Advantageous Tender in line with the criteria set out under paragraph IV.2) below. The price was agreed during the dialogue stage and the bidder was asked to confirm it could meet that target price.
