This Framework is for the provision of Professional Technical Services to West Lothian Council and possibly other public bodies. The Framework is to be broken into approximately 20 lots including architectural consultancy, various engineering consultancies and specialist services. Potential contractors may bid for one, more than one or all lots. The lots are divided by different services which will be required to supplement in-house services. It is intended that the Framework will be in place for 2 years with the option to extend 12 months at a time up to a maximum of 4 years.
