NHS Dumfries and Galloway Diagnostic Services Directorate has a requirement for a Managed Service Contract for,but may not be limited to,the supply and implementation of a Biochemistry Automated Laboratory Solution.
The aim of the project is to procure and implement a solution that meets both generic and specific Health Board requirements across the local health community.The Biochemistry Service is seeking innovative and integrated solutions that minimise user intervention at all stages whilst maintaining quality and continuing to meet service demands.
The service will include but not be limited to the provision of management information,training,maintenance,some turnkey construction work if needed including environmental,consumables and equipment with the transfer of risk from the health board to the supplier.
