Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: As only one tender bid was received there was no requirement for a standstill period. The Public Contracts Regulations 2006, as amended (Reg 32A) details the Standstill period. The Remedies Directive provides further guidance regarding circumstances when the standstill period does not apply as in this case when there is only one tenderer Article 2b ‘Derogations from the standstill period' states "if the only tenderer concerned within the meaning of Article 2a(2) of this Directive is the one who is awarded the contract and there are no candidates concerned;”
