The University of Worcester has recently acquired 12.5 acres of green-field land which will be developed into a student community with associated social, recreational and practical facilities.
The University is seeking a firm of consultants, or consortium, to provide; Masterplanning, Architecture, Open Space/Landscaping and Services Infrastructure design, to support and inform the preparation of a Student Residential Development Plan. Following on from this the University will be seeking to submit a Planning Submission for the provision of student accommodation and related facilities for the site.
The Development Plan will form a component part of the University of Worcester's future development strategy.
This procurement exercise will also include the option to extend the scope of services and appoint the successful bidder as Architect (Lead Designer) for this project. The University reserves the right to increase the scope of services in accordance with this option to extend.
